He has extensive experience in business strategy, program management, operational excellence, P&L leadership, stakeholder management, partnership development, and organizational scaling.As the leader of Dosan Energy and Oxycom’s operations in the region, Hussein has played a key role in advancing sustainable cooling technologies, industrial energy-efficiency solutions, and decarbonization initiatives across Saudi Arabia and neighboring markets.

His work has helped industrial and commercial clients reduce operating costs, improve environmental performance, and achieve measurable returns on sustainability investments.Prior to his current role, Hussein led major business development and transformation programs within the Alfozan Group, where he created and scaled several successful ventures, including logistics, entertainment, service, and telecom initiatives.
