9. Refunds

Due to the nature of consultancy, assessment, reporting, and digital advisory services, fees may become non-refundable once work has started, reports have been prepared, questionnaires have been analyzed, meetings have been delivered, or digital resources have been provided.

Any refund request will be reviewed based on the agreed scope, work completed, time invested, and applicable legal requirements.

Refunds, if approved, will be handled according to the agreed commercial terms.

10. No Guaranteed Results

However, business results depend on many factors outside our control, including leadership commitment, implementation quality, market conditions, employee engagement, available resources, data accuracy, supplier performance, and operational discipline.

Therefore, we do not guarantee specific financial results, cost savings, revenue growth, profitability improvement, efficiency gains, or business outcomes unless explicitly agreed in a signed written agreement.
