Atif Fawzi Abdullah Nagi
Senior HR & Administrative Systems Expert | 35+ Years of Regional Leadership

Atif Fawzi Abdullah Nagi brings over three decades of hands-on leadership in human resources, organizational design, and administrative governance across Saudi Arabia and Sudan. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Cairo University (Khartoum) and a Fellowship in Top Executive Development Management from the Sudan Academy for Administrative Science, Atif has built a career defined by structure, discipline, and measurable impact.

For over 14 years, Atif served as Acting Human Resources Manager at United Electronics Co. (Extra), where he led the company’s HR function through a period of dramatic growth — scaling the workforce from 40 to over 2,405 employees while opening 40 new branches across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Oman. He designed and implemented company-wide HR policies, established the organization’s first formal Recruitment Manual, and drove Saudization rates from 5% to 30% through targeted training and workforce planning. His earlier tenure with the Abdul Latif & Mohammed Al Fozan Group saw him build company policies, salary structures, job descriptions, and a full in-house training center from the ground up — including a lecture hall, computer lab, and library.

Before his Gulf-region career, Atif spent 16 years in progressively senior administrative and financial roles within Sudan’s Chamber of Taxation, rising from Assistant Senior Inspector to Administrations Manager overseeing a workforce of 7,000. He has participated in ISO implementation initiatives, published research on training effectiveness, and served on numerous government and organizational committees shaping labor regulation, salary scales, and manpower planning policy.

At OpexEdge, Atif contributes deep expertise in organizational structuring, HR policy design, manpower planning, training needs analysis, and regulatory compliance — helping organizations across the MENA and Gulf region build the administrative backbone needed to scale sustainably. His career-long focus on systems, governance, and measurable outcomes (KPIs, OGSM, ROI-driven training) makes him a trusted advisor for companies navigating rapid growth, restructuring, or workforce transformation.
